heya!

so i'm drivin down to san diego by my 'lil own lonesome on monday...

figured i might leave a little early and hit some lfs along the way.

anything cool in the bakersfield area?

in LA i figured i might hit tongs, never been there before... usually in LA i'm hitting up jeff's.

in san diego, thought i might hitup clams direct

any other tips along the way? i know there's a dozen shops in LA, i've been to 6 or so. but i won't have time to hang out in LA much, hence the one shop choice.

Bakersfield? How's about Buck's Fish-eroo round-up? YEEHAW!! LOL!! Anyway, also to check out in San Diego is Octopus's Garden Hard to find, (tucked away in the back of a cluster of bldgs) and depending on the week, myay have some NICE stuff, or may not have a dammed thing, but hey, you're down there on an "extra vacation" anyway...;-)

ya, i read about that one.. i'll add it to the list!

i was hoping to find something between fresno and LA as a nice little stretch-driving-break type of thing... visalia is kinda too close to make a stop already, heh!

know of anything BoomerH between fresburg and LA worth stoppin at along the way athat's at least an hour or more from fresburg?

Advanced tanks is the best shop in the valley if you get there early in the week since he goes to the wholesalers every monday. CLS is ok you never know what they will have since they are a direct shipper. Below Sea level laggs a bit. There is a wholesale type place but I cant remeber the name they mostly deal in rock. I belive thats all in Bakersfield. If your going down the 405 aqautic pets in Canoga Park has some sweet stuff and is 5 minutes off the 405.

Off 99 south take white lane west to new stine then turn north AT is on the north east corner of new stine and planz 1 or 2 blocks off white lane in a strip mall behind a circle K type market.
