    Definitions

    • Public forums:     any forum on the CVR site that is not prefixed with the word “Vendors” or “CVR Sponsor”.

    • Generic “Vendors” forum:     the dedicated forum called "Vendors" in place for vendors (non-CVR Sponsors) to post in.

    • CVR Sponsor forum:     a dedicated forum to a specific CVR Super Sponsor prefixed with the “CVR Sponsor”. For example: 'CVR Sponsor - CVR Propagations, Inc.' (available upon request, see the rules for more information)

    • Marketing:     The act or process of selling or purchasing goods or services or soliciting the sale of goods or services. Posts made in regard to commercial activities in anticipation of direct economic benefit will generally be regarded as ...

    BYLAWS OF ASSOCIATION OF CVREEFERS,
    AN UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION

    ARTICLE I OFFICES

    1.01.     The principal office of the CV Reefers, an unincorporated association (the "Association") for the transaction of its business is located at 7112 N. Fresno Street, Suite 450 Fresno, California 93720.

    1.02     The Board of Directors has full power and authority to change the principal office of the Corporation from one location to another in the Central Valley of California. Any change of address will be noted by the Communications Officer in these Bylaws, but will not be considered an amendment of these Bylaws.

    ARTICLE II MEMBERS

    2.01.     The Association will have two classes of members only: family and individual. The membership, voting, and other rights, interests and privileges of each membership shall be equal.

    2.02.     Qualifications for membership are as follows: Over 18 years of age and not suspended as a member of the Association. Provided that a member pays annual dues, active membership continues until the earlier of the death or resignation of the member or until the membership is terminated as provided in these Bylaws.
