well heres the start of my lil nano..
will be doing water changes instead of running a skimmer..
going to be running carbon 24/7 (whisperfilter).
as for lights i just got in my new 20 inch nova extreme pro.

On my 3 gallon pico I converted the filter (ac70?) to a fuge, added a small light and grew some cheato in it. It was also big enough that I could hide my heater in it. I had to shave the impeller a little cause it blew the sand all over the place but once I got it dialed in it worked like a charm.
Are you going to paint the back or put a back ground on it? Would look good if you could hide the cords and stuff.

yea the next step is to put a black back ground on it... i think i might do a zoa garden or a ric garden on the floor but not sure yet.
